I'll send the completed file after full payment is received.

Full refunds can be provided if I have not started your commission. Once work has begun, refunds are evaluated based on how much work has been completed. No refunds after the final file is sent.

Commissions may take 2 wks ─ 1 month depending on complexity. Please be patient <3

I can do revisions, within reason, but only on stages of work that are yet incomplete. (i.e. please don't ask me to make changes after I've already gotten it approved by you. Revisions outside of that may cost you extra.)

If you find any errors or inaccuracies (provided that I was sent a clear reference while working on your commission), I will fix them afterwards for free.

I may reject a commission if I am unable to do it, or am uncomfortable with it. I may also simplify or remove excessive detail such as complex patterns in order to maintain my modelling style.

All commissions are for personal use only - For commercial use, a higher fee will be discussed (typically +30% of the total fee).

Do NOT claim my work to be yours.

Do NOT resell or distribute any of the content I have made without my permission. This includes distribution in Discord Servers, using models for Mods, Datapacks, etc.

Unless specified otherwise, I maintain creative license over the models created and maintain the right to use them for self-promotion, with / without commissioner usernames.

Please mention if you would prefer to defer from / delay posting about the commission publicly. Your model will never be put up for public download or sale without your consent.

If a client ceases communication or fails to provide the remaining payment for over 3 months after work is started without prior notice / valid reason, the commission will be considered abandoned.

In the event of abandonment, I reserve full rights to alter, repurpose, or sell the resulting models and assets on my KoFi shop / elsewhere.

Simple physics (e.g. for hair, tail, ears)

Simple random animations (e.g. blink, ear twitches)

Simple scripting (e.g. action wheel toggles, sounds, vanilla particle effects, emissive textures)
